WHAT IS ALASKA SPEED WEEK?
Alaska Speed Week isn’t just about racing—it’s about the journey.
Participants will travel across the state, racing at multiple locations while driving their vehicles between each stop. From long highway stretches to small-town Alaska, every mile is part of the experience.
Day 1 – Monday, June 8
Alaska Raceway Park → Delta Junction → Tok
- Opening race session at Alaska Raceway Park
- Route begins northbound through Delta Junction
- Flexible travel day with overnight options along the route
- Recommended destination: Tok
Day 2 – Tuesday, June 9
Travel Day → Tok
- Open travel day
- Participants make their way to Tok
- Optional evening meetup / campfire social
Day 3 – Wednesday, June 10
Tok → Tanacross Airport → Fairbanks / North Pole
- Race session at Tanacross Airport
- Continue west toward Fairbanks
- Overnight in Fairbanks or North Pole - final destination Nenana
Day 4 – Thursday, June 11
Fairbanks → Nenana → Parks Highway
- Race session in Nenana
- Begin return southbound
- Flexible overnight along the Parks Highway
Day 5 – Friday, June 12
Return to Alaska Raceway Park
- Final race session
- Event wrap-up and awards
